Stays are from Saturday to Saturday and the swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 1st. Check-In is allowed from 15.30 until 18.30. Check-Out must take place by 10.00 am. Heating, air conditioning and electricity are included in the price as are the use of bicycles and internet connection.
Extra Fixed Costs:
The final cleaning costs €350. After a thorough cleaning of the rooms, a real sanitization is carried out through the use of special products on the surfaces and floors. Carpets, curtains and upholstery are sanitized with the use of steamers at 120 degrees. The linen is washed at high temperatures and sterilized. The pool is cleaned daily both inside and outside with specific products as required by the self-control manual.
Self-certifications and / or the certificate issued by specialized sanitation companies are available to guests. In the Relais Villa Il Barattino all the procedures for the control of Legionella are also observed as per manual. Refundable security deposit of €500. The tourist tax will be requested by the Municipality of Cortona for each person over 12 years of age for the first four days of the stay.
